Zero experience required. Coach Harman works with complete beginners through elite athletes. Your program starts exactly where you are. The only requirement is showing up willing to work.
Most clients notice changes in energy and strength within 3–4 weeks. Visible physical transformation typically becomes significant by weeks 8–12 with consistent effort.
Basic nutrition guidance is included with all training packages. A full custom meal plan is available as a standalone or add-on. Harman programs both training and nutrition together — that's where real results come from.
